Christmas Lights in Fort Myers, FL

Be a tourist in your own town.

Josh & I typically escape to Georgia over Christmas break for a little getaway, but due to a wedding this year, we had to stay put. Since we both had the time off, we decided to take this as a chance to be a tourist in our own town and explore the best lights in Fort Myers.

There are two wonderful places that we like to go to see the Christmas lights each year downtown - The Edison Home & The Burroughs Home! Both of these come with a price tag, but they are totally worth it to go (at least once in your lifetime). If you don’t know what these places are, they are beautiful older homes that just have breathtaking architecture. These amazing decorators string and trim the whole house with Christmas lights & decorations and it looks like something out of a Hallmark movie. Don't forget to get your picture with Santa before you leave!

Also this year, we are headed out to Babcock Ranch to see their Christmas lights. We missed the tree lighting ceremony (which we heard was ahhhmazing), but we still want to see what all the hype is about.

There are also a few residential homes that we think have amazing lights this year! Check out these homes -
1536 Pinecrest Road, Fort Myers 33919
1856 Oak Drive, Fort Myers 33907
8161 Harrisburg Drive, Fort Myers 33967

Where in Fort Myers have you seen the best Christmas Lights?
Let us know so we can take a drive,
Hil & Josh

** If you have kiddos, I have heard a lot of great things about this Santa in the Stables event even though it has nothing to do with Christmas Lights!
